Most non-custom orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.  Custom order shipping times vary based on production time. Returns on non-custom orders are accepted up until shipping labels are created.  Custom orders require a 50% deposit upon order and balance due before shipping.  Custom orders are non-refundable. 

I am unable to accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for digital downloads. Please make sure you can use the file types before placing your order. If there are any issues with the file please contact me for a resolution. Digital files are for creation of a physical product only. Resell of digital files is strictly prohibited. You may use these files for personal or commercial use for up to 500 units. For orders exceeding 500 units or for mass production please contact me with details for an extended license.
